Where Vision Shapes the Place We Call Home

  • Modern single-story house with dark exterior, large windows, surrounded by landscaped garden with various plants, stone pathway, and a person walking towards the house. Trees and a flock of birds in the sky are visible in the background.

  • A quiet residential street during autumn sunset, with trees having orange and yellow leaves, parked cars, and houses with lit windows.

  • A modern multi-story apartment building with brick and gray facade, large windows, and small balconies, surrounded by trees and a landscaped plaza with benches and people walking and sitting

  • A peaceful residential street with modern brick houses, lush greenery, and people walking on the sidewalk during the day with sunlight.

As architects and designers, we care deeply about the places we call home. That commitment drives our ambition to enhance the areas where we live and work.

At Local Projects, we identify sites with development potential. We design and build high-quality homes on these sites. Forming homes that people genuinely want to live in - and feel proud to be part of their neighbourhood.

Our Origin

Bradley Roast, Dylan Warren, and Ryan Shedden in a meeting room discussing brick samples and color swatches.

Local Projects was founded by three designers with extensive experience in architecture and development. Each brings a unique specialism and a keen understanding of projects at every scale. Having spent years running architectural practices and delivering schemes for other developers, we saw an opportunity to do things differently.

We believe in finding potential where others might overlook it, helping landowners unlock greater value while creating places that genuinely enhance their surroundings.

Get in Touch

Local Matters

Being local shapes how we design, how we collaborate, and how we think about long-term impact.

We care about the neighbourhoods we call home, and we want our projects to feel as though they belong - embedded in the fabric of the community, not simply added to it.

Local by Nature

We are rooted in the communities we work in.

Between us, we live across three corners of London; South West, North East, and South East, and each of us maintains strong ties to the places we grew up: Surrey and Mid Sussex, Kent, and Essex.
