To create well-designed, contextually sensitive, sustainable, and viable developments - places that feel authentic and that people are proud to live in.

Our Vision

Our Experience

Collectively, we have delivered a wide range of schemes over the years: from bespoke one-off homes to multi-unit residential developments. We are proud of the projects we’ve helped bring to life, and of the care, craft, and commitment that underpin every design.

    North-East London & Essex

Bradley grew up in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, where early hands-on experience with a master builder sparked his interest in creating high-quality, bespoke homes. After completing his master’s degree at the University of Westminster, he joined Craftworks Architects, an integrated architect–developer–contractor practice, where he led projects, supported acquisitions, managed complex planning processes, and delivered schemes from small builds to major developments.

He later joined Stolon Studio, whose focus on place, sociable design, well-being, and sustainability strongly influenced his approach. In 2021, Bradley founded his own practice, working across a wide range of scales and typologies to deliver thoughtful, high-quality, site-responsive design.

At Local Projects, he draws on broad experience in planning, construction, and development to unlock the full potential of land, particularly in the regions he knows well. Now living near Epping Forest, he maintains strong ties to rural Essex and is currently building his own home in Hastings.

    Dylan Warren

    Founding Partner

    South-West London & Mid Sussex

Dylan grew up in rural Mid Sussex, where early exposure to building sites and the landscape sparked his interest in how places are shaped. He studied Architecture (BA Hons) at the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury before working in Northern Ireland on projects across the UK and Middle East. He later completed his M.Arch at the University of Westminster, focusing on the psychological impact of thoughtful design.

Dylan went on to work at a leading London practice, delivering major developments and bespoke homes, then broadened his experience within a development and construction company specialising in ultra-prime residential schemes—sourcing land, securing planning, and managing projects through to completion.

At Local Projects, he brings robust design expertise, strong planning and valuation insight, BIM proficiency, and an instinct for uncovering opportunity through well-considered design.

He now lives in Wimbledon, drawn to its green spaces, community feel, and vibrant local amenities.

    Ryan Shedden

    Founding Partner

    South-East London & Kent

Ryan grew up in Whitstable, Kent, where an early interest in how places evolve led him to architecture. After studying alongside Dylan and Bradley, he joined POD Architects in 2010, eventually becoming Design Director and delivering complex residential projects nationwide. He is known for balancing strong design ambition with a clear understanding of planning, technical coordination, and practical constraints.

Over his career, Ryan has developed a dependable skill set: bringing clarity to complex sites, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and navigating planning and feasibility with confidence. His work is rooted in thoughtful, context-led design.

At Local Projects, he applies this experience to the neighbourhoods he knows best, focusing on small-scale developments that feel appropriate, considered, and embedded in their surroundings.

Ryan now lives in South East London near Blackheath, drawn to its village character, green spaces, and close ties to his Kentish roots.
